MACHINERY SURVEY

Buying or selling a boat, the machinery like main engine(s) as well as all auxiliary machines condition is often a deal maker or a breaker. Also during preparation for a new sailing season, knowing the condition of all machinery on board is mandatory.

We do understand the importance of the machinery, that's why we offer a whole range of surveys tailored to any possible needs:

• Engine room survey
• Propulsion systems survey (inclusive bow thrusters)
• All machinery survey (inclusive deck machinery)

We do also offer an extensive propulsion systems survey, this include the following services:

• Reading the engine computer unit (ECU or PCM) if applicable.
• Cylinder compression test (a mechanical or an electronic test)
• Engine temperature test using thermal imaging
• Fuel systems analysis
• Oil pressure test
• Alternator test
• Batteries test
• An oil sample can be taken for further analysis if needed.
