Machinery failure analysis

Machinery damage is among the most difficult types of claims to investigate and requires the greatest degree of technical knowledge and skill

At THALEC we do have the skills and the experience to make machinery failure analysis our specialty. Even more, we did developed our own tools to deal with the most complicated cases.

For example, an engine failure analysis can be done using different technologies and tools like:

• Reading/ Testing the ECU
• Material analysis
• IR imaging
• Fluids analysis (oil, cooling, fuel...)
• Fuel and cooling systems analysis
• Simulation software

At the end of our analysis, a detailed report with all tests, results and our findings is delivered.

The report may also include our recommendation's relatives to the cause(s) of damage.
